​Yes, credit repair is legal and our credit education and document processing services will help you to use the law in your favor. That law is called “The Fair Credit Reporting Act.” The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. Studies have shown that 79% of all credit reports contain errors. This is nearly 8 out of 10 reports. Therefore most credit reports improve immediately. For items that disputed that are not errors, a creditor or furnisher is often unable to find the records or signed documents within the allotted time and the item gets removed. Sometimes the furnisher will say it has been verified by not offer proof. It is our job to prepare documents that challenge this and we are very skilled at that.


Contrary to what credit bureaus want you to believe, credit training does work in most circumstances. But it only works if you are getting the best advice from an experienced professional. Anyone with a credit score below 720 can benefit long-term from the advice and information provided through credit education. However, there are limiting factors that will prevent us from helping you. Two main factors are: (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time frame in which you need to reach your results. It is possible to remove anything from a credit report, even accurate items. For instance, if the creditor makes mistakes or does not adhere to the specific time frame, the negative item may be removed.


Through our services, 93% of our clients see their credit score increase 10 points or more in the first 35 days.  We’ve noticed that the average improvement time frame is anywhere between 4-6 months. However, every case is unique and your results will vary. Once we complete your analysis, we'll be able to give you a better estimated time frame.


Clover Credit Solutions helps clients exercise their rights to maintain an accurate credit profile. Please keep in mind that everything we do, consumers can do themselves; they choose to enroll with us due to a lack of time, patience, or a desire to avoid handling these matters on their own.


We will begin by identifying the negative items and factors we can improve on to generate your game plan.  


Once we do and you enroll with us, we will initiate the dispute process. We do this by sending tactical disputes on your behalf and each dispute is specifically crafted by your own instructions, not to mention the special tactics we’ve encountered to be successful over the last decade of being in business.


Disputing the inaccurate, untimely, misleading, biased, incomplete or unverifiable information on your credit report ensures that the bureaus are ultimately responsible for verifying what they are reporting against you. If they cannot verify the information or if anything they are reporting against you is not accurate, federal law states they must remove this information completely.


We will provide you with monthly progress reports and an online portal and app that you can use to monitor your results and communication with our team.


Our first step is to conduct an initial credit analysis and generate a game plan to ensure we can assist you. Once the analysis and game plan are complete, we can initiate the dispute process if you choose to start. In Phase 1, we will dispute with the credit bureaus. After 90 days, in Phase 2, we will adjust our tactics based on the results from Phase 1 and continue disputing directly with the creditor. Our final phase will involve settling the accounts. We will keep you updated each month on progress, provide additional recommendations, and work towards your goals together.

No you are not. That is the best part about our company and program is that we earn your business every 30 days. You are free to discontinue services at any time, and are not binned by any contract or obligation. 


Although we do ask for a minimum commitment of 4-6 months for maximum results, your duration within our program is solely up to you.


 

Clover Credit Solutions is only a credit improvement company rather than a

credit reporting agency. Consequently, we are unable to pull your scores and

must rely on a consumer based credit report. This allows us to update your

information each month.


Yes. In order for us to be able to properly review your report on a monthly basis, we will need an active credit monitoring site on file. The price of our preferred credit monitoring service is $35.99 monthly and is subject to change. 


The three major credit bureaus—Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion—are independently owned and verify information separately. As a result, scores often differ because negative accounts may appear in only one or two bureaus, or balances may not yet be updated.


It is very rare that a previously deleted item is placed back on the report. however it's not impossible. If additional verification information is obtained by the creditor, the iteam can reappear on the credit report. However, the Fair Credit Reporting Act states that the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. 


*If the item was previously removed using Clover Credit Solutions services, we will redispute for you at no additional charge. 


No reputable company can guarantee any specific outcome as it is against the law. Ourpromise is to provide you with fast, effective and knowledgeable assistance while

in the dispute process. We are here to help with any credit related questions or

concerns as well. We would love to be able to tell you the specific results you will

have, unfortunately, we would be lying if we did, because there is no way to tell

what type of results your particular case will have. Please be very cautious of any

credit repair company that promises you any results up front.


You are entitled to a 100% refund on all monthly payments if:

  • You do not have any deletions on any items on your credit report that we challenge.
  • You have retained our services for a minimum of 120 days consecutively with no billing issues. 
  • You have at least three negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up.
  • You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit within the past 12 months prior to signing up for our services. 
  • You agree to send updated reports from the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt. You should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days and make us aware if updated  reports have not been received.


 

  • Chapter 7 bankruptcies remain for 10 years from the date filed.
  • Chapter 13 bankruptcies remain for 7 years from the date paid, and 10 years if not completed. 


  • Essentially, charged off is an accounting term used by the original creditor - typically a credit card company that signifies that they are writing off the lossfor tax purposes, since they have been unable to collect the debt.


  • A collection account is a new account listed by a collection agency that has been assigned or has purchased the original debt. The original debt may be a charged off credit card or it may be any other typed of unpaid bill such as a medical or utility bill.

As professionals we can only advise you on the pro’s and con’s to paying past due

collections. 


If you were to pay a collection off that is not grounds for removing from your credit file and will reactivate the account which could further damage your credit rating. So if payment is made and the account is reactivated to recently “paid” then it will have a greater impact then a collection that has been unpaid for a period of time. This is because the account stays on the report 7 years from the date of last activity.


Since we are not a debt collection or credit counseling company we can only

recommend, if you want to move forward on paying collection and wish to have them removed, request the “Pay for deletion letter”.
