These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.clovercreditsolutions.com, our mobile applications, communications, and any services provided by Clover Credit Solutions Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Clover Credit Solutions provides credit education, credit analysis, and credit improvement services. We assist clients in:

• Reviewing and analyzing credit reports,
   
• Identifying potential inaccuracies or unverifiable information,
   
• Submitting disputes to the major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion),
   
• Offering credit-building tools and financial education.
   

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, credit score increases, or the removal of specific items. Results vary per individual file. All services are rendered in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

We make no representations or warranties that use of our services will result in specific credit outcomes, score increases, or item deletions. Individual results vary based on multiple factors including credit history, participation, and creditor responses.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information,
   
• Maintain updated login credentials for your credit monitoring service,
   
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
   

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

No payment will be collected until services are performed, in accordance with CROA. You will receive a written agreement outlining all services, fees, and your cancellation rights prior to enrollment. Payment processing is handled securely via our authorized third-party provider.

As required by federal law, clients have a three (3) business day right to cancel their agreement with Clover Credit Solutions without incurring any fees or obligations. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@clovercreditsolutions.com within the cancellation window.

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from Clover Credit Solutions, including SMS messages, emails, and phone calls.

• Standard message and data rates may apply.
   
• You may opt out of promotional SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  We will never sell or share your contact information for marketing purposes.
   

All content on this site, including logos, brand assets, graphics, and service names, are the property of Clover Credit Solutions and may not be used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clover Credit Solutions will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
